YES! it really does improve the streaming capabilities of your setup . I will explain how to install FTMC onto your Android device shortly; it has been tweaked with some of the code from Kodi 17.1 and SPMC 16.6 so that android devices running android 4.4 can have the same working experience as if you were running Kodi Krypton 17.1. So let’s have a look at installing FTMC 25.

First of you will need to remove all versions of Kodi on your system or you will not be able to install the FTMC player due to it sharing the same folder (org.xbmc.kodi), if you are a bit more tech savvy you can create a new folder for it by renaming it to org.xbmc.kodiold, you can then uninstall Kodi 16.1 and then install the FTMC App. Once the App is installed do not run it at this point if you have renamed your Kodi folder just rename it back to org.xbmc.kodi or run the Kodi/FTMC setup wizard and then run the FTMC app.
