The main character decided to rob a bank out of desperation. Having successfully planned the robbery he stole a fat sum and went back to Casino to win back. Cops from the entire district put a tail on him. You have to leave them behind by crashing all the police cars. Going round oncoming cars create the trajectory for police cars to run into cars of usual citizens.
