-download Icon Pack Generator app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.spada.iconpackgenerator
-download this theme;
-open icon pack generator app, slide the left menu, press themes and select Stratus IPG;
-configure the theme as you want then install the icon pack;
-Apply the installed icon pack with a custom launcher with icon pack support (like Nova, Apex, ADW …);
